Get Notified that the minimum stay for weekends are 2 nights, for overnight stays, you can book with a minimum increase over the price, from Sunday to Thursday inclusive.
Sometimes we have a gap and yes you can make reservations. The prices that we offer already include charges for electricity, water and heating, bedding and bath, breakfast day one, initial supply of firewood, use of bicycles, accommodation maintenance, information about the area, fully equipped kitchen, access to the bath and aromatherapy area, among other activities, 10% VAT included
For stays in July, August, September and December – Check number of nights and price.
For longer stay or another number of people, check with us.
Check in from 16h. – Departure before 12am.
Concerning reservations and cancellations, the company follows the regulation of hotels in Valencia, according to Decree 97/1997 of 11 February of price arrangements and reservations in tourist accommodations.
We inform you that we do admit animals as long as they are respectful to both the house and its surroundings, owners always being responsible for it. It costs extra 25€ for the entire stay.
To consider the reservation a deposit of 25% of the total price must be made.
